Some server reconnection fixes. Reconnect now allows you to have

more than one reconnection to the same server.
Changed the deinit() order in IRC module to cleanly free all memory.

If you're not allowed to connect to server (K-lined, no I-line), Irssi

won't try to reconnect back to the server.
