remove deprecated defines
- PERL_STATIC_LIBS (was not tested anymore) - HAVE_GMODULE (always required) - HAVE_STATIC_IRC - HAVE_STATIC_PERL - HAVE_SOCKS (was not working properly) - USE_GREGEX (we use it)
