Change the default awaylog_file to ~/irclogs/away.log.
The new location is more compatible with Capsicum sandboxing, and also seems a bit more logical - it is, after all, a log file. Signed-off-by: Edward Tomasz Napierala <trasz@FreeBSD.org>
