@SYNTAX:ban@

Bans the specified nick or userhost mask.
If nick is given as parameter, the current
BANTYPE affects the ban mask.

Example:
    /BAN looser    - This bans the nick 'looser'
    /BAN *!*@*.org - This bans all the users coming from any 
                     .org domain.
